Trust, in plain language
These terms govern access to Nualivo’s AI-assisted translation, Quick Chat, account and file services. They are written to make the important rules clear without hiding them in legal jargon.
By accessing or using Nualivo, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Nualivo for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must have the legal capacity required in your country; minors may use the service only with valid parent or guardian authorization where permitted.
Nualivo provides AI-assisted text, conversation and file translation tools, personalization, history and related features. Features may be labelled beta, preview or experimental and may be less reliable. We may improve, replace or discontinue features, but will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects saved user content or paid rights.
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security. We may require verification, password reset or multi-factor authentication to protect the service.
You retain ownership of text, files and other material you submit. You grant Nualivo a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, process, reproduce and format that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested service. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit the content, including any personal data belonging to others.
Do not use Nualivo to violate law or another person’s rights; distribute malware; exploit or harm children; facilitate fraud, harassment or violence; probe or bypass security; scrape or overload the service; reverse engineer protected systems except where law permits; or upload content you are not authorized to process. We may rate-limit, block or investigate activity reasonably believed to threaten users or the service.
Machine-generated translations can be incomplete, ambiguous or wrong. You must review output before relying on it. Do not use Nualivo as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, immigration, emergency or other safety-critical decisions. Qualified human review is strongly recommended for contracts, official submissions and high-impact communications. Nualivo does not guarantee that output is unique or suitable for a particular purpose.
Supported files are temporarily stored and processed to create translated results. File type, size, malware, retention and usage limits may apply. Keep your own original copy. We may reject unsafe, corrupted, encrypted or unsupported files and may remove expired outputs according to the published retention settings.
Nualivo is currently offered free of charge within published fair-use and technical limits. This does not promise that every feature will remain free forever. If paid plans are introduced, prices, limits, renewal terms and any applicable cancellation rights will be shown before purchase. Existing charges will never be created retroactively.
The service, brand, interface, software and documentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted here, Nualivo retains all rights in the service. If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
We aim for a fast and reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider incidents, network failures or legal requirements may interrupt access. You may stop using Nualivo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or repeated abuse, using proportionate measures and notice where reasonably possible.
To the extent permitted by law, Nualivo is provided on an “as available” basis and implied warranties are excluded. Nualivo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or loss caused by unreviewed translation output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, wilful misconduct or liability for death or personal injury where applicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Competent courts and enforcement offices are determined under applicable procedural and consumer law. Questions about these Terms may be sent to legal@nualivo.com.
