This policy explains what personal data Nualivo processes, why it is needed, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you when you use our translation, Quick Chat, account and file features.
The operator of the Nualivo service ("Nualivo", "we", "us") acts as the data controller for personal data processed through nualivo.com. Questions and rights requests can be sent to privacy@nualivo.com.
We may process account and profile information; authentication and security records; language, tone and accessibility preferences; translation requests and results; saved phrases, favourites and conversation history; uploaded file metadata and file contents; support communications; device, browser, IP-derived security and diagnostic information; and aggregated usage records. We do not intentionally request payment-card or government identity data for ordinary translation use.
We process data to provide and personalize translations, operate Quick Chat, store history when requested, process files, secure accounts, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, maintain reliability and improve translation quality. Depending on the context, processing is based on performance of the service agreement, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in operating a secure and effective service. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Text or file content submitted for translation is sent only to the systems and contracted AI providers needed to produce the requested result. Content may include personal data if you place it in the input. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information. Nualivo does not use private translation text for advertising. Any use for model improvement or quality datasets must be separately controlled, documented and, where required, based on explicit permission or robust anonymization.
Signed-in users may choose to save translations, preferences and conversations. Anonymous or short-lived translation state may be cached to improve speed and avoid duplicate provider calls. Uploaded and generated files are stored in private Backblaze B2 buckets and accessed through short-lived signed operations; the current default file-retention period is 30 days. Account content remains available until you delete it or the applicable retention setting expires. Data is then deleted or anonymized, subject to protected backup cycles, fraud prevention and legal retention duties.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, encrypted credential storage, private object storage, audit logging, redacted admin previews and least-privilege permissions. Full translation content is hidden from analysts and may be opened only by specifically authorized administrators after selecting a documented support, abuse, quality, legal or debugging reason. No online system is risk-free, so you should also avoid submitting information that is not necessary for translation.
Depending on where you live, you may ask whether we process your data; obtain access or a copy; correct incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion, restriction or portability; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with the competent authority. In Türkiye, rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 may apply. In the EEA or United Kingdom, GDPR or UK GDPR rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Account settings let you manage history, favourites, presets and language preferences. You can use the service without saving optional history where the interface offers that choice, change cookie preferences, sign out of devices and request account deletion. Deleting an item from the interface begins the relevant deletion workflow; limited copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until their normal expiry.
Nualivo is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to an online service in their country. If you believe a child has provided data without valid authorization, contact us.
