Nualivo uses a deliberately small set of cookies and device-storage technologies. Essential functions work by default; optional measurement or personalization is used only according to your choice and applicable law.
Cookies are small text records saved by a browser. Local storage and similar device technologies can remember settings without sending them with every web request. In this policy, “cookies” includes these comparable technologies where the context requires.
Essential technologies support sign-in sessions, security, request integrity, load handling, locale routing, accessibility choices and cookie-consent records. They are required to deliver a service you request or to protect it and therefore cannot usually be disabled through our preference panel. Blocking them in your browser may prevent account or translation features from working correctly.
With your choice, Nualivo may remember interface language, translation defaults, dismissed guidance, install prompts and recent device-only translation history. Some of this data stays only in your browser. You can clear it through Nualivo’s controls or your browser settings. Clearing browser data may reset preferences or remove offline history.
Optional analytics, if enabled, help us understand aggregate feature use, performance and errors. They must remain disabled until you consent where consent is required. We do not permit analytics data to be used to reconstruct private translation text or to target advertising. The admin panel must list the active analytics provider, purpose and lifetime before these technologies are enabled.
Authentication and security records generally last for the session or the configured session lifetime. Consent choices remain until they expire, you clear them or the policy version changes. Locale and PWA guidance preferences remain on the device until cleared. Cached recent translations are device-local and can be removed from the product. Exact names and durations can vary by authentication provider and are documented in the live cookie inventory.
A social sign-in, monitoring or embedded service may set its own cookies when that feature is used. Nualivo should not load optional third-party tags before the required consent. Third-party processing is also governed by the relevant provider’s notice; the current provider list should be reviewed from the service-provider information maintained by Nualivo.
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer or banner to accept, reject or change optional categories. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Withdrawal is as easy as consent and takes effect for future processing. Necessary cookies remain available because they are needed to provide and secure the service.
We update this policy when storage technologies or legal requirements change. A material change may cause the consent panel to appear again. Questions about cookies or consent can be sent to privacy@nualivo.com.
